Food Pantry Community Outreach with Oak Street Health East Point

We joined Oak Street Health East Point for a food pantry community outreach event, offering free blood pressure checks to seniors and families as they came through. Oak Street Health provides primary care for adults on Medicare, and partnering with them lets us meet older adults in East Point and South Fulton where they already are — and talk with them about in-home personal care, companionship, medication reminders and nursing assessments when they need more support at home.

Pruitt Christian City hosted this Senior Alliance networking meeting, bringing together healthcare, senior living and home care professionals from around south metro Atlanta over coffee. Heart and Soul Healthcare, a fellow Georgia home care agency, ran first aid at the Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival 2025, and we came out to support them — that's their owner in the photo. Support is one of our core values, and it doesn't stop at our own front door.

Staff meeting, with bagels and coffee

Bagels, coffee and the team around one table. Our mission is compassionate care for clients and caregivers alike — and caring for the people who provide in-home care across Georgia starts with making time to sit down together.

We are out most weeks somewhere across Bibb, Carroll, Chatham and the rest of the 20 counties we serve. If your organisation runs a resource fair or a family day, we would like to hear about it — inquiries@healthcaresupporthc.com.

Come and say hello.

Or skip the health fair and just call us — we are happy to talk through what your family needs.
